There is heaps of controversy over how much gets into the bub through breast milk. At hossy I was told Tramadol, morphine, panadeine codeine was fine, and not much would go through the BM. I am sure he will be fine at next feed mate, unless it was a shot of heroin-lol. I know expressing is a pain in the bum, but would it be worth it to have a few bottle in the freezer on standby, just in case you need to take something strong again? As you say though, being able to function to actually look after bubs is probably a bit more important!
